Cardiovascular endurance- is the ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues.

Cool down- is an easy exercise, done after a more intense activity, to allow the body to gradually transition to a resting or near-resting state.

Flexibility-s the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion.

Intervals- an intervening time or space.

Maturation-is simply the process of children growing and obtaining adult stature.

Muscular strength- refers to the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort.

Physical Fitness-  is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.

Sedentary- is a type of lifestyle involving little or no physical activity.

Vigorous- intensity exercise—sometimes called high-intensity exercise—is a physical activity done with a large amount of effort, resulting in a substantially higher heart rate and rapid breathing.

Warm up- is a preparation for physical exertion or a performance by exercising or practising gently beforehand, usually undertaken before a performance or practice.

Wellness-the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.
