Dear grandma,
your doing everything correct eating healthy and taking your vitamins but your body isn’t getting enough physical activity. That’s the reason you might be feeling sluggish , tired , or even worn out. The best thing for you to do is go outside for a walk or even a jog. You’ll feel much much better after having a little bit of exercise

Answer below (PLEASE MARK ME Brainliest)

Explanation:

Sunshine and warm air...exploring nature at it's finest. Maybe you're not an outdoor kind of person. Walking on tracks at the gym, or joining 5ks, and maybe dancing! You should get out and exercise.

People may wonder why there is a point in exercising when you get sleep, eat good, and take vitamins. No fear, it holds so many benefits! From the prevention of diseases such as heart disease, or diabetes to increased interaction, this is for you. Additionally, it can prevent falls which can occur in older people like you and it improves mental health!

You may be wondering, "mental health" and "prevention from falls"...and how exercise helps. Fear not! By joining clubs or a walk though the park has significally decreased the risk for depression. You can talk to people, or invite a friend over. Who doesn't like a good time? By exercising  consistently, you are naturally improving your balance and your core strength which can prevent from falls.

Finally you may be wondering, how can I make this fun so I stick to the plan? Simple, switch it up! Dance one day, walk the next, and do yoga the next! Invite a buddy, whether it's mom or your best friend, it will help you keep yourself accountable!

Hope it helps! *Make sure you quote directly or reword the letter to avoid plagrism*
