your doing everything correct eating healthy and taking your vitamins but your body isn’t getting enough physical activity. That’s the reason you might be feeling sluggish , tired , or even worn out. The best thing for you to do is go outside for a walk or even a jog. You’ll feel much much better after having a little bit of exercise

By joining clubs or a walk though the park has significally decreased the risk for depression. You can talk to people, or invite a friend over. Who doesn't like a good time? By exercising  consistently, you are naturally improving your balance and your core strength which can prevent from falls.

        Finally you may be wondering, how can I make this fun so I stick to the plan? Simple, switch it up! Dance one day, walk the next, and do yoga the next! Invite a buddy, whether it's mom or your best friend, it will help you keep yourself accountable!
