3. since there are no parentheses divide first. Use KCF and after you get the answer multiply (it is the same using negative numbers just watch out for signs)
The answer to 2/3 x 1/2 is 2/6 or 1/3 To find the decimal form you just have to divide 1 by 3 You get 0.3333333333........ repeating So just put a repeating bar over 3 in 0.3
