when lifting dont overdo the weight you know you cant lift when lifting lift with your legs not your back because you can put it out and if the object is heavy and its a little sharp use gloves
You can get obese and than u would become lazy
There's many options for this but what i have found is the best source for your calcium is yogurt it helps in many ways.
1)30% of your calcium
2)20% of vitamin D
other options-
milk, cheese, eggs, salmon, and spinach
