Answer: the Pistil (also called the Carpel). This is made up of the Stigma, the Style and the Ovary. The ovary contains the ovule (or ovules) where fertilization occurs. The Stigma is where the pollen lands.

No because what determines a childs genotypes are the 26 chromosomes in both the egg and sperm cell (13 in each) so unless you clone both an egg and sperm cell and use the clones then you can get identical looking children but there is a low chance that they will be identical or similar in personality
