Question

Ok so I am a mom trying to understand my son's homework so I can assist him to the best of my capabilities. I don't understand this whole tens fact thing please help me understand #HELP

From what it seems, the tens facts are when you are subtracting from 10. For example, you have 10 - 8. You know that 8 + 2 = 10. Then, with this knowledge, you can find out that 10 - 8 = 2.
