Answer:

6.1 mean

5 mode

Step-by-step explanation:

Add all the numbers up for the mean (which in this case equaled 61 ) then divide the sum of all numbers by the amount of numbers you have. ( so 61 /10= 6.1)

To find the mode of the numbers line them up by least to greatest and the mode is the one in the middle.

3,4,5,5,5,6,7,7,8,11 (5 is the mode)

The mode is what number occurs most often. So in this set, the number that occurs most often is 5.

Mode = 5

The mean is the average of all the numbers in the set. To find the average of numbers, you add them all up then divide by how many numbers there are in the set. 5 + 6 + 8 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 4 + 11 + 5 + 7 = 61. 61 divided by 10 = 6.1 The answer is 6.1

Mean = 6.1

I am organized an ocean cleanup and we collected a total of 25 pounds of garbage 16 pounds of the garbage consisted of plastic w
Makovka662 [10]

Answer: 64% of garbage was plastic over there when he was collected garbage.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Total amount of garbage collected by them = 25 pounds

Total amount of garbage which consisted of plastic = 16 pounds

Percent of the garbage was garbage is given by

\frac{ plastic}{total}\times 100

=\frac{16}{25}\times 100\\\\=16\times 4\\\\=64

Hence, 64% of garbage was plastic over there when he was collected garbage.

What is the equation of the graph????
tia_tia [17]
The graph shown above is a "parabola" and the parent function is x². So, we can start off at x². The graph of x² intersects the x and y-axis at (0, 0). In this case, it's simply being shifted up by 1 and intersects the x and y-axis at (0, 1). Therefore, the equation is:
y = x^2 + 1

To check, let's plug in 0 for x, and see what we get (we should get 1):
y = x^2 + 1
y = 0^2+1 = 0+1=1

We are right, so your final answer is x² + 1.
