y=x^2+7x+1

To check it, simply put first and last pair of points and assure the equality:
-11=(-3)^2+7*(-3)+1
-11=9-21+1
-11=-11

79=6^2+7*6+1
79=36+42+1

I suppose you're supposed to convert 100111 from base 2 to base 10. We have

100111_2=2^5+2^2+2^1+2^0=32+4+2+1=39_{10}

so the missing number is 39.
