Well to do this correctly it would have to be a but not techonology.
X/-3-2=9
Step 1: Add ~ x/-3-2+2=9+2
Step 2: Substitute ~ x/-3=11
Step 3: Multiply ~ x/-3(-3)=9(-3)
step 4: Substitute ~ x=-27
I believe the answer is 11.7. how I got my answer.
I added 3+1.5=4.5 then multiply 4.5×5.8=11.7.
