A helicopter’s velocity increases from 35 m/s to 70 m/s in 10 seconds. What is the acceleration of this helicopter?
Alenkinab [10]
3.5 meters per second second is the acceleration because we know that acceleration is change in velocity over time and the change is velocity here is 35 and the time is 10 so we can simply divide 35 by 10 which is 3.5 m/s squared

How many neutrons does an atom of Dubnium have in its nucleus
attashe74 [19]
Dubnium is a synthetic element ... Number 105.  It can be created
in a laboratory but it's not found in nature.

Fifteen (15) different isotopes of Dubnium have been created.  They all
have 105 protons in the nucleus of every atom, but they have anywhere
from 256 to 270 neutrons in each nucleus.

The most stable isotope of Dubnium is  ²⁶⁸Db , with 163 neutrons in the
nucleus.  That form of Dubnium atom has a 50-50 chance of surviving
for around 28 hours before it falls apart.

From a static hot air balloon, a 10kg projectile is launched at a speed of 10m / s upwards. If the balloon has a mass of 90kg. W
lesya692 [45]

Answer:

c. 1.11 m/s down

Explanation:

Momentum is conserved.

m₁u₁ + m₂u₂ = m₁v₁ + m₂v₂

Assuming the balloon and projectile are originally at rest:

(90 kg) (0 m/s) + (10 kg) (0 m/s) = (90 kg) v + (10 kg) (10 m/s)

0 kg m/s = (90 kg) v + 100 kg m/s

v = -1.11 m/s
