Either way you can get addicted to the feeling and then you continue. Weight loss is something that someone does if they are feeling as though they aren’t good enough, or just wanting to get skinnier. You may get addicted to the routine and continue even after you get good results. Weight gain may begin because it is a very easy thing to access. A person may think that good is their only companion, going to it every time they need someone. So addiction to the feeling is most likely the leading problem to unhealthy weight loss or weight gain.
