I already answered your previous post (the same 2 questions) so here: : )

1. Taking care of your physical health can help you manage your emotional health and perhaps in some cases even mental health. First of all, eating healthy foods rich in healthy nutrients does wonders for you. It's good for your immune system, your heart and overall health. (You may add more info within those lines).

2. Ok so it can be both yes and no..remember the question is: Do YOU think

There are diseases that can occur in your body that you have no control over and no knowledge of (muscle wasting). So, no..your behaviours will not ALWAYS help you avoid diseases. Behavoirs can cause various injuries however.

Here's an example: Choosing to do hard-core workouts without warm-ups to begin with. You can may tear tendons or injure yourself.

Diseases like anthrax, rabies, West Nile virus and the plague are all examples of ___________ diseases.
Arada [10]

Answer: Zoonosis

Explanation: Rabies, the plague, and West Nile virus are transmitted through a bite from an animal that is infected. Not sure if anthrax is transmitted through a bite as I just know you just need to come in contact with an animal who has it.

West Nile comes from mosquito bites, rabies from any rodent, canine, mammal, ECT, and the plague originally came from rats who had the black plague.

I hope I helped bud.
