Blood enters the heart through two large veins, the inferior and superior vena cava, emptying oxygen-poor blood from the body into the right atrium. The pulmonary vein empties oxygen-rich blood, from the lungs into the left atrium.
It depends if you want to land harder or lighter. A front handspring step out is a softer landing because your weight is distributed while a front handspring has you landing on two feet. I have been doing gymnastics for 12 years and let me tell you that a front handspring step out should be easier to do and does not hurt as bad. =)
