Answer: 15-30 degrees

As you think about your squat stance, you might wonder whether your feet should be pointing more inward or outward. Generally speaking, you will want to take a stance that is slightly outside of shoulder-width, and point your toes outward at an angle of 15-30 degrees.

Is a front handspring step out easier than a regular front handspring?
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]
It depends if you want to land harder or lighter. A front handspring step out is a softer landing because your weight is distributed while a front handspring has you landing on two feet. I have been doing gymnastics for 12 years and let me tell you that a front handspring step out should be easier to do and does not hurt as bad. =)
