PLEASE HELP ME! I AM COFUZZED!

Mathematics

so at 8AM the temperature was less than -7C, so recall that on the negative side, the farther from 0, the smaller, so that number could be say -8C, or -9C or -10C or even say -20C, all those are lesser than -7C, and therefore colder as well.

let's say it was -20C, by noon it went up by 7C, so it became -20 + 7 = -13, well, -13C is still less than -7C, so that'd be true for the B) statement.

let's say it was -10C, by noon it went up by 7C, so it became -10 + 7 = -3, well, -3 is more than -7 and less than 0, so that'd be true for the D) statement.

Explain why 7* 6 x 5 x 4*3*2*1+5 is a composite numbers
xenn [34]

Answer:

7×6×5×4×3×2×1+5 can be written as  5*[7*6*5*4*3*2*+1] or 5*(1009). So, other than the number and 1, it has 5 and 1009 as its factors too. So it is  a composite number.

Step-by-step explanation:

A composite number is a positive integer that has a factor other than 1 and itself.

I need help ASAP please (radical expressions)
amid [387]

Answer:

A. I only

Step-by-step explanation:

We need to start off by <u>taking perfect squares out of these square roots.</u>

Begin with the numerator. It looks like we can take 4 out of the radical:\sqrt{40} = \sqrt{4*10} = \sqrt{4} * \sqrt{10} = 2 \sqrt{10}<u />

Now we have

\frac{2\sqrt{10}}{\sqrt{10} }

Looks like those \sqrt{10}s can cancel!

= 2

Plug those answers into your calculator. II and III don't equal 2, but I does. This makes sense when we consider the rule that if you're dividing two radicals, you can just pull the radical over the whole expression!

The answer is <u>A. I only.</u>

Help what does 2 1⁄3 ÷ 1 1⁄2 =
azamat

Answer:

1\frac{5}{9}

Step-by-step explanation:

This is the answer because:

1)  Reduce the expression, if possible, by cancelling the common factors.

2) You can also find the reciprocal of 1 1/2 = 3/2 while dividing the expression:

1. Convert both fractions into improper fractions:

2\frac{1}{3} = \frac{7}{3}

1\frac{1}{2} = \frac{3}{2}

2. Divide both fractions:

\frac{7}{3} ÷ \frac{3}{2} = \frac{7}{3} x \frac{2}{3} = \frac{14}{9} = 1\frac{5}{9}

Therefore, the answer is 1\frac{5}{9}

Hope this helps! :D
