Each triangle thingy is 12.5 because the base of the triangle is 5 and the height is also 5 which equals 25 and thennn you divide it by 2 since it’s a triangle, duh. and then since there are 4 triangles you multiply them 12.5 by 4 which is 50. and the square in the middle is base:5 base:5 which equals 25 and if you add 25 and 50 together you get
answer: 75

Alex has 520 yards of fencing to enclose a rectangular area.
Pavlova-9 [17]
Perimeter =2w+2L= 520.
We can solve this by understanding that the area is maximized by a square
Therefore L=w.

p=2w+2w=520=4w
w=130

Area

A=wL=130(130)= 16900 square yards

The midpoint of AB is M(-4,2). If the coordinates of A are (-6,5), what are the
-Dominant- [34]

Answer:

(-2,-1)

Step-by-step explanation:

Midpoints are found when you do ([x(subscript A) + x(subscript B)]/2, [y(subscript A) + y(subscript B)]. Therefore your equation (for x of B) should look like this:

-4 = ([-6+x]/2)

After you solve for x, you should have gotten -2 for x.

Then you do the same for y:

2 = ([5+y]/2)

You should get -1. Your final answer should be (-2, -1)
