In reality and under the enumerated powers article 1 of the constitution there is no basis for the regulation of marajuana that is not part of interstate commerce.
However, in the US we have a supreme court that has one job, to backstop the constitution against usurpation by the executive, legislative and lower courts. It has utterly failed. We have two members of the court today who have openly admitted that they think it should be scrapped in favor of a more progressive model. That means it doesn't encumber or restrict the government at all. Progressives have been chippng away at your rights for years. Progressives are actually communists, ( advocating policies that can only be enacted under a communist system or that would lead to such a system) most are too stupid to realize it.
There are several points in history where progressives have made big strides. 1937 is considered my many to be a milestone, Roosevelt with the judicial reform act which led to the elevation of the general welfare clause, Bush with Agenda 21/30 Bush Jr. with the Patriot act and of course the judicial appointments by carter, obama, bush 1&2 and of course the clintons.
The bottom line is that there is no law it's a farce. Get yourself elected convince a few stooges to play ball and you can get whatever you wnat.
Answer:
Alabama is a state located on the south of the United States. With an area of 135,765 km2, Alabama is the 30th largest state in the United States, the 24th most populous state in terms of population (4.9 million) and 27th in terms of population density of 37 inhabitants per km2.
The territory of Alabama was explored by the Spaniards in the 16th century, the first permanent European settlement was founded by the French in 1702 (near today's city of Mobile). Until 1763, this coastal area was part of their Louisiana colony, then, until 1783, part of British West Florida. At that time, the territory of Alabama was divided by the United States and Spain (as part of Florida). In 1798, Mississippi territory was created in the United States, which by 1812 had spread to the entire territory of today's Mississippi and Alabama. Five years later, its own territory was separated, which subsequently became a US state. It got its name from the river of the same name, named after the Alabama Indian culture. On December 14, 1819, Alabama became the 22nd state of the United States. During the Civil War, Alabama was part of the Confederation from 1861 to 1865, and was rejoined the Union in 1868.

O The Supreme Court's role as the
highest court in the land
Explanation:
Article III, Section I states that "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Although the Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, it permits Congress to decide how to organize it.
I mean establishing trials in court I believe is one and I also believe managing American territories is one as well, I’m sorry I couldn’t help more
