What is the connection between proteins, DNA, traits and genes.
liraira [26]
Answer -The connection between Protein, DNA, Traits and Genes is DNA has Chromosomes or Chromatin which is strands outside of the Nucleolus. It has coding that will be used in Protein Synthesis and which then we go into Genes which is in the Nucleolus that has controls and gives coding of Traits and other functions.

omeli [17]
<span>Risks of emphysema, asthma and cancer are associated with the tars and hydrocarbons in inhaled smoke. Which protein inhibits interaction between actin and myosin to prevent skeletal muscle contraction; and which ions remove the in
zloy xaker [14]

Answer:

Tropomysin, calcium

Explanation:

Tropomysin is a protein that prevents muscle contraction hence acts as a contraction inhibitor. It wraps around the actin blocking the binding sites for myosin on the actin.

Muscle will only contract when they get a rush of calcium ions.

The calcium ions binds to troponin, the troponin changes its shape. The change in shape will remove tropomyosin from the binding sites allowing myosin to bind on the actin leading to muscle contraction.
