The answer is simple currently I am in 9th and scored more than 90 percent by following methods:
1) sleep early and rise early ( it really helps)
2) Eat healthy food ( It keeps out brain active)
3) DO NOT PROCRASTINATE
4)Study on time and take break after every 1 hour
5) Do exercise it improves blood circulation (Helps brain)
6)Dont eat sweet and oily food
There is no specific answers for this. People might have specific allergies to something like peanut butter , but anything like medicine that is not recommended for you might cause you allergies and bad stuff
