I'm a transgender guy who came out just a little over a year ago and I get misgendered and deadnamed by my family daily. My mom refuses to call me Thailer because she feels as though if I ever felt that I wasn't trans that I couldn't take it back. My father does it on purpose any chance he gets. My brothers do it on purpose when I anger them. And my sister is trying. At this point I'm getting used to being called the wrong name and pronouns all the time.
