Answer:

If a bleach container exploded, you wouldn't start by investigating, you would have to leave the building (assuming your in a building), if your not in a building, leave the area. If the container exploded in a building, leave the door open for the fumes to let out, you will not have enough time to open the windows, but you can open them once the fumes clear enough. After all the fumes have been depleted, put on a mask, and clean up the mess. contact your local health department and contact the company from which the chemical came from to report the incident.
