Answer:

Quadrupedal refers to organisms that walk or move using four limbs. The word quadrupedal has the Latin roots "quad" meaning four and "ped" meaning foot. Bipedal refers to organisms that walk or move using two limbs. Bipedal has the Latin root "bi" meaning two, and again "ped" meaning foot.

Terrestrial and Aquatic refers to the type of organisms and their environment. Terrestrial organisms are organisms that live on dry land. Aquatic organisms are organisms that live in bodies of water, such as oceans, rivers, and lakes.

Sessile and Motile refers to mobility of organisms. Sessile organisms are organisms that aren't mobile and are fixed in place. Sessile organisms include barnacles and mature sea sponges. They attach to objects in the sea and do not move by themselves. Motile organisms are organisms that are capable of moving. Motile organisms include humans, fish, birds, etc. All these organisms have body structures (bones, muscles, nerves) that allow them to move using energy (ATP from food).

How many moles of F are there in 1 mole of CaF2? Explain clearly
Strike441 [17]

Answer:

2 moles of F

Explanation:

for every molecule of CaF2, without the two atoms of F, CaF2 cannot be formed.

Now we multiply both CaF2 and F by 6.02 X 10^23 to convert CaF2 and F to moles, it will be the same ratio since we multiplied both by the same number

The cell cycle is the regular sequence of growth and division that cells undergo.<br> True or false?
SVETLANKA909090 [29]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

The regular sequence of growth and division that cells undergo is known as the cell cycle. During the cell cycle, a cell grows, prepares for division, and divides into two new cells, which are called “daughter cells.” Each of the daughter cells then begins the cell cycle again.

If an organism that is incubated on a kligler iron agar slant produces a red slant and yellow butt, this indicates that the orga
Harlamova29_29 [7]

Klinglers iron agar medium is used to find the enterobacteria which can ferment glucose , lactose and hydrogen Sulphide . They are H₂S producing bacteria .

This media have phenol red as an indicator. When the glucose is fermented to acid , the production of acid turn the indicator from red to yellow, but it is then reoxidised and turns red again . When lactose is fermented it produce large amount of acid , and turn indicator yellow . Hence the slant will become yellow. And combination of ferrous sulphate and sodium thiosulphate helps in detection of H₂S which produce black color at the butt .
