the correct answer to this question is the letter B. Revolutionaries formed weak constitutions

Most uprising or revolution fail in 1848 because citizens are discontented at poor governance and a series of republican revolts against European Monarchies which ended in failure and suppression. It failed because there was military support of the rulers and lack of strong allies and support and most of all the division among the revolutionaries are not that firm.

Most of the uprisings failed in 1848 because Revolutionaries formed weak constitutions.

Further Explanations:

The series of conflicts that took place in Europe during 1840 were termed singly as the Revolution of 1848. These conflicts were also the sequence of political commotions throughout Europe. The conflicts were essentially the bourgeois revolutions which were liberal and democratic in nature. All these revolutions intended only at the deposition of the monarchial rule and establishing a sovereign nation-state. Around 50 nations of Europe got involved in the conflict but lacked efficient coordination and disciple. Each of them involved themselves with different political intentions and agenda. Some entered the conflict with dissatisfaction with the political leader, demand for more participation in the administration, freedom of Speech while some involved themselves with the mere demand of the workers.

Most of the revolution initiated during that era didn’t achieve much success as the constitution formed was weak and the citizens discontented with the poor governance of the administration. Numerous republican revolts that rose failed because of lack of a common intention, proper governance and establishment of Weak government.

Which issue did all delegates agree with in the Constitutional Convention? how to count enslaved people for representation the n
Yuri [45]

Answer:

Hi mate PLEASE MARK ME BRAINLIEST IF MY ANSWER IS CORRECT PLEASE

Explanation:

The three-fifths compromise was an agreement reached by the state delegates at the 1787 Constitutional Convention. Under the compromise, every enslaved American would be counted as three-fifths of a person for taxation and representation purposes.

Origins of the Three-Fifths Compromise

At the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, the founders of the United States were in the process of forming a union. Delegates agreed that the representation each state received in the House of Representatives and the Electoral College would be based on population, but the issue of slavery was a sticking point between the South and the North.

It benefitted Southern states to include enslaved people in their population counts, as that calculation would give them more seats in the House of Representatives and thus more political power. Delegates from Northern states, however, objected on the grounds that enslaved people could not vote, own property, or take advantage of the privileges that White men enjoyed. (None of the lawmakers called for the end of slavery, but some of the representatives did express their discomfort with it. George MAS on of VIRG inia called for anti-slave trade laws, and Gouverneur Morris of New York called slavery “a nefarious institution.”)

Ultimately, the delegates who objected to enslavement as an institution ignored their moral QUAL-ms in favor of unifying the states, thus leading to the creation of the three-fifths compromise.
