Side u = 8 units

Explanation:

(The triangle is a right triangle so we can use trigonometry to find u.)

(If you look from angle 45 degrees’ view: u is opposite, v is adjacent and 8 sqrt(2) is the hypotenuse because it is opposite to the right angle.)

sin = Opposite/Hypotenuse

sin(45) = u/[8 sqrt(2)]
sin(45) x 8 sqrt(2) = u
8 = u
u = 8 units

What is the range of g(x)=3(2)^x-1?
Juli2301 [7.4K]
This one is C since the graph of 3(2^x) approaches 0 and does not touch zero so if we subtract 1 then the limit would be -1

HELP ME NOW PLS NOWWWWWW
IRINA_888 [86]

First we identify the percent's as decimals

1%=0.01                    64%=0.64

Then we multiply our decimals by 300

0.01 x 300 = 3          0.64 x 300 = 192

If you notice, 64 x 3 is equal to 192

64 x 3 = 192

So the answers are 3 and 192

(Hope this helps!)

In 2006 the state of nevada had two area codes how many phone numbers could nevada accommodate if the first digi cannot be zero
Aleks04 [339]
Answer: There are 16 million different phone numbers possible.

First, let's find the number of possible phone numbers without the area code. There are 7 numbers in a phone number. There are 10 digits for each position. However, the first one can't be 1 or 0, so there are only 8 options.

Multiply the possibilities to find the total number.

8 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 8,000,000

Since, there are 2 different area codes, just multiply 8 million by 2 to get 16 million.
