Answer:

Gastrulation takes place after cleavage and the formation of the blastula and the primitive streak. It is followed by organogenesis, when individual organs develop within the newly-formed germ layers. Each layer gives rise to specific tissues and organs in the developing embryo.Cells in each germ layer differentiate into tissues and embryonic organs. The ectoderm gives rise to the nervous system and the epidermis, among other tissues. The mesoderm gives rise to the muscle cells and connective tissue in the body. The endoderm gives rise to the gut and many internal organs.

Describe the function of the proteins embedded in the cell membrane
Mamont248 [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

Protein deeply embedded in the bilayer are called integral membrane proteins. Most of this integral membrane proteins span the whole bilayer and they are called Transmembrane protein.

Because many molecules and ions can not pass through the hydrophobic core of the cell membrane they need a carrier mediated transport to go in and out of the cell. Transmembrane protein serves as channels, receptors (hormones, growth factors, neurotransmitter), tissue specific antigens, ion channels, membrane based enzymes etc that moves in and out of the cell.
