I don’t usually vent much but when I do I’m also feeling embarrassed and my words are all over just make sure to take deep breaths and the person ur venting to will understand that it’s difficult.. I hope this helps if it didn’t I’m sorry ! Besides that you can vent to me anytime if ur comfortable
