parasympathetic nervous system
Sympathetic nervous system: are responsible
for the control of the body responses to perceived threat and fight or flight
responses while parasympathetic nervous system: are responsible for the control
of homeostasis, body’s rest and digest function. Both are part of automatic
nervous system which is responsible for the involuntary functions in the body
system.
Humans require food to continue to function, we overeat, and undereat. The more food we have the better we wil live
The evolution of wings and the ability to move by flying is a unique
adaptation of insects among all protostomes. During the pre-adaptation, their wings
might held the respiratory structures for greater exchange of gases or it
function as a protective shields over their leg joints.
Moreover, like
dragonflies that are unable to tuck their wings when at rest, the next
evolutionary burst is the foldable wings they have. These insects includes
locusts and stoneflies.
