El aumento en la cantidad del entrenamiento no garantiza una mejora en los resultados deportivos. La mejora viene como resultado de la aplicación de métodos correctos, orientados a la disciplina específica y adaptados a las características del deportista.

La mejora de los resultados es el fruto de un trabajo bien planificado, estructurado e innovando permanentemente. La repetición y la rutina están reñidos con los resultados, pero la incorporación de nuevos métodos debe estar basado en el conocimiento científico y en el análisis del deporte y el deportista en cuestión.

El resultado deportivo no sólo viene determinado por los niveles físicos, técnicos y tácticos del deportista, la continuidad en el entrenamiento y la competición son imprescindibles para el mantenimiento y la mejora de los resultados. Esta continuidad no es posible si se producen lesiones, por tanto, además de la mejora, es necesario un trabajo específico de prevención de lesiones en función del deportista y del deporte.

Pequeños detalles suponen grandes avances. Para ello es necesario analizar al deportista y el deporte con los conocimientos adecuados. El objetivo de nuestros entrenamientos es que nuestros clientes rindan más, durante más tiempo y estén altamente satisfechos.
