Esta continuidad no es posible si se producen lesiones, por tanto, además de la mejora, es necesario un trabajo específico de prevención de lesiones en función del deportista y del deporte.

Pequeños detalles suponen grandes avances. Para ello es necesario analizar al deportista y el deporte con los conocimientos adecuados. El objetivo de nuestros entrenamientos es que nuestros clientes rindan más, durante más tiempo y estén altamente satisfechos.
