What state of matter has the highest energy? Lowest?
Hatshy [7]

Answer:

The highest state of matter in energy is gas. The lowest is solid.

Explanation:

The reason why is because gas is the highest conductor of electricity (which is why we have lightning). However, solids don't conduct electricity very well.

In a cathode ray tube, the number of electrons that reach the fluorescent screen is controlled by the:
EleoNora [17]

Answer:

Grid

Explanation:

The number of electrons attaining the fluorescent light is regulated by the grid in a cathode ray tube.When the heater is supplied with current, it allows the electrons to emit from the cathode. Before approaching the anode the electrons pass through grid opening. The number of electrons attempting to reach the anode may also be regulated by managing the number of electrons passing through the grid.

Two blocks on a frictionless horizontal surface are on a collision course. one block with mass 0.6 kg moves at 0.8 m/s to the ri
Elanso [62]

First we can say that since there is no external force on this system so momentum is always conserved.

m_1v_{1i} + m_2v_{2i} = m_1v_{1f} + m_2v_{2f}

0.6*0.8 + 1.2*0 = 0.6*v_{1f} + 1.2*v_{2f}

0.48= 0.6*v_{1f} + 1.2*v_{2f}

0.8  = v_{1f} + 2v_{2f}

now by the condition of elastic collision

v_{2f} - v_{1f} = 0.8 - 0[\tex]now add two equations[tex]3*v_{2f} = 1.6

v_{2f} = 0.533 m/s

also from above equation we have

v_{1f} = -0.267 m/s

So ball of mass 0.6 kg will rebound back with speed 0.267 m/s and ball of mass 1.2 kg will go forwards with speed 0.533 m/s.

Which colour of light in a prism has the
Schach [20]

☁️ Answer ☁️

Violet

Explanation:

1. As the full spectrum of visible light travels through a prism, the wavelengths separate into the colors of the rainbow because each color is a different wavelength. Violet has the shortest wavelength, at around 380 nanometers, and red has the longest wavelength, at around 700 nanometers.

2. Isaac Newton's experiment in 1665 showed that a prism bends visible light andthat each color refracts at a slightly different angle depending on the wavelength of the color.

Here's the link if you want to know more:

Hope it helps.

Have a nice day noona/hyung.
