First learn how to spell successful, and trying your best is the answer. You not trying is why you aren’t successful yet. You have to actually do something to be successful. Learning punctuation and grammar also helps.

Bingel [31]

Answer:

"knowledge is power". To understand this, we must define civics first.

Explanation:

Civics is the study of the rights and duties of citizenship. "Knowledge is power". This statement implies that he who holds knowledge is more powerful. A literate person has more influence over ordinary people than an illiterate person. We live in an age where learning how to read and write are essential, should we neglect to learn, the road ahead will instantly become 10  times more difficult than it ordinarily would be.

Answer:

Affirm their conviction because the conduct for which they were convicted is not protected by the First Amendment.

Explanation

The First Amendment to the United States Constitution was adopted on December 15, 1791. It prevents the government from making laws which regulate an establishment or prohibition of the free exercise of religion, the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the right to peaceably assemble etc. It is one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

In "Prothom Alo" you have found a notice where you can apply for the position of ‘Management Trainee' in DBBL. You have applied
vlabodo [156]

Answer and Explanation:

In contract law, there are two parties involved in a contract: the offeror and the offeree, also called the promisor and the promisee. In the above example, the notice of vacancy for a management trainee in DBBL is an offer made to the prospective employee which is the person that applies for the job. It is not yet a contract as there has to be a legally binding agreement between the two parties first(A contract is valid if there is an offer, an acceptance, and a consideration). The employer is the offeror here since he proposes the terms of the offer and the employee is the offeree since he is the one to which the offer is made and then chooses to accept the offer or not by applying for the job and finally accepting the job offer. Therefore you are the promisee or offeree here.
