Discuss the ethical responsibilities of the citizens/voters
Anni [7]

Answer:

As a democracy we hope that citizens will have a voice in who keeps things in order. We choose what we believe in and pick who's best fit to continue a fair and equal society. Without this idea that we have control of ''peace'' we would all go into a killing frenzy. The idea of law keeps us in order and we pick who manages it.

The whole reason we changed from a monarchy to a democracy is because we like believing we have a say in our lives so to continue living like how we want to we must have a say.

_____ is either creating a negative stimulus after a given behavior or taking away a positive stimulus after a given behavior.
KatRina [158]

Answer:

Punishment is either creating a negative stimulus after a given behavior or taking away a positive stimulus after a given behavior.

Explanation:

 • In order to ensure desired behavior from an individual, he is offered a positive stimulus of a certain kind that encourages him to keep doing good. If the individual, even after having given a positive stimulus, behaves in an undesired manner, the positive stimulus is taken away as a punishment.
 • On the other hand, if a person commits wrong intentionally, a negative stimulus is created for him as a punishment so as to make him remember that he should not commit any wrong intentionally.
