Basically, there are six (6) major nutrients required for the proper functioning of the body of a living organism, these are;

II. Carbohydrate: it is contained in energy-giving foods and it aids the functioning of the muscles, nervous system and other organs found in the body.

III. Protein: it contains amino acids and it is responsible for maintaining the functioning of the body system.

IV. Vitamins: fruits and vegetables are a very good source of various vitamins for the body.

V. Water: it is one of the essential nutrient that should be consumed always so as to prevent dehydration.

VI. Minerals: it includes potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, etc., which are very important for growth and development of the body.

In conclusion, all of the above mentioned essential nutrients provide the body with the right amount of energy required to function properly.

This could be multiple things, it just depends how acute it is. I’d always start with not touching any parts poking out, and icing in intervals of five minutes, then go to the ER or A&E, because it would be anywhere ranging from a sprain, to a severe fracture, maybe even a low level break.
