Answer:

The correct answer would be -

Explanation:

1. The three dietary factors that put Hanna at risk for iron deficiency are:

- No consumption of meat - as mentioned she eat no protein or meat-based food required for iron absorption.

- Drinking an excess of iced tea - It is found that the chemical found in tea, tannates, absorbs the iron before the body gets a chance to absorb it.

- Intake of dairy products more than other foods

2. Hanna should limit or stop drinking the tea as it reduces the absorption of the iron and should add rich vegetables in her diet such as spinach.

Vinil7 [7]
We get tired after exercise because our muscle fibers get tired very quickly. This is due to the major source of energy for the muscle tissue, called adenosine triphosphate, or ATP. As the muscles make use of this supply of energy, they get tired and fatigue.

How do you make your body use oxygen more efficiently without exercise?
Oksanka [162]
Although exercise is the best way to do that, there are other ways.

Practice controlled breathing exercises, which are easy to do from the comfort of your home.

One is where you take a few small breaths in and one large breath out. Keep doing this.

Breathing exercises are also relatively easy to find on the internet.
