Explanation:

After gaining independence, the countries of Latin America were geographically divided. It was a simpler process, but problems with government formation followed. The countries have been facing problems over the legitimacy of governments for years. Religious organization, the military organization was previously in the hands of the monarch who completely controlled the mentioned institutions. The problem arose when these segments of the state needed to be established. An attempt was made to solve the problem by trying to take over certain models of political governance from Europe and North America. The implementation of constitutions that were intertwined with democratic postulates showed the weakness of the executive branch in some countries. In such circumstances, political elites have been in trouble over the organization of the state apparatus for many years.
