Answer:

More air will enter the room since the volume of the room increases.

Explanation:

We'll begin by calculating the initial volume (V₁) of the room. This can be obtained as follow

Length (L) of room = 4 m

Initial volume (V₁) =..?

V₁ = L³

V₁ = 4³

V₁ = 64 m³

Next, we shall determine if there is an increase in the volume of the room or not. This can be obtained as follow:

Data obtained from the question include:

Initial volume (V₁) = 64 m³

Initial temperature (T₁) = 10 °C + 273 = 283 K

Final temperature (T₂) = 30 °C + 373 = 303 K

Initial pressure (P₁) = 760 mmHg

Final pressure (P₂) = 718 mmHg

Final volume (V₂) =?

P₁V₁/T₁ = P₂V₂/T₂

760 × 64 / 283 = 718 × V₂ / 303

48640 / 283 = 718 × V₂ / 303

Cross multiply

283 × 718 × V₂ = 48640 × 303

203194 × V₂ = 14737920

Divide both side by 203194

V₂ = 14737920 / 203194

V₂ = 72.53 m³

SUMMARY

Initial volume (V₁) of room = 64 m³

Final volume (V₂) of room = 72.53 m³

From the calculations made above, we can see that the volume of the room increases from 64 m³ to 72.53 m³. Thus more air will enter the room since the volume of the room increases.

The smallest ionic radius among the following.
Li
Mg
Na+
be+
dimaraw [331]
The correct answer is Be+

That is because it lost a single electron but still has the same number of protons, and thus the effective charge attracting each electron is greater, which in turn makes the radius even smaller

Which of the following objects would take you the greatest amount of force to accelerate?
horsena [70]

Complete question is;

Which of the following object would take you the greatest amount of force to accelerate.

A) a soccer ball with a mass of 0.5 kg

B) a refrigerator with a mass of 200 kg, C) a bike with a mass of 25 kg

D) a car with a mass of 5,000 kg,

Answer:

D) a car with a mass of 5,000 kg

Explanation:

Formula for force is;

F = ma

Where;

F is force

m is mass

a is acceleration

Now, Force is directly proportional to the acceleration and mass.

Thus, the higher the mass, the greater the force.

Thus, the object that will require the most force is the one that has the highest mass.

Looking at the options, the one with the highest mass is option D.

How is particle motion related to thermal equilibrium?
Wewaii [24]

Answer:

With billions of moving particles colliding into each other, an area of high energy will slowly transfer across the material until thermal equilibrium is reached (the temperature is the same across the material).

Please help! I have no idea what a galactic symbol is. It says it on one of my science assignments and I'm confused. All I know
Ilya [14]
Hey, its alright bro! I gotchu.

Im pretty sure the galactic symbol is the same reference to the symbol of the element on the periodic table.
For an example (Hydrogen) is H
So if im correct im pretty sure its referring to the symbols for each element

Hopefully this helps
