On factorizing, the value of a will be

a² - 12a - 3a + 36 = 0
(a - 12)(a - 3) = 0
a = 3, 12
If a = 12, then the value of d will be
d = 7 - 12
d = -5
If a = 3, then the value of d will be
d = 7 - 3
d = 4
Then the three numbers will be 12, 7, 2 and 3, 7, 11.
