How does carbon cycle through Earth's systems? A. As fossil fuels are burned, carbon dioxide is made available for photosynthesi

s in animal cells. When the animals die, carbon is released into the soil, and the animal remains form new fossil fuels. B. Animals absorb carbon dioxide through their skin. Dead animals release carbon into the soil. Plants absorb the carbon from the soil and release carbon dioxide during photosynthesis. C. Plants absorb carbon dioxide through their leaves. Animals take in the carbon when they eat the plants. Animals exhale carbon dioxide. Dead plants and animals release carbon into the soilling D. Answer:

D. Photosynthesis releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere Cellular respiration uses carbon dioxide.

Explanation:

Carbon dioxide is taken out of the air by the photosynthesis process to make carbon food for crops.

Animals and plants need a mechanism called respiration to remove carbon dioxide gas.

When combustibles are burned, carbon flows from fossil fuels to the air.

What are the interaction between the circulatory and respiratory organ systems in a human?
Oliga [24]
Hello! The interaction between the two system is an inter-dependent relationship. An example of this is that the heart pumps arterial blood to the circulation. The deoxygenated or venous blood returns to the lung where blood is oxygenated. Then the blood flows into the heart chambers and the cycle continues on.

A 2-kg bowling ball sits on top of a building that is 40 meters tall.
Alchen [17]
Okay, so this is physics. What is the meaning of KE? It's Kinetic Energy. What is the meaning of GPE? It's Gravitational Potential Energy. So how do you calculate either, and what are their significances? Kinetic -> motion, Gravitational potential energy -> energy that can be used to do work due to gravity. So is the bowling ball moving, or is it someplace it can fall from, or both?

Kinetic energy is calculated as 1/2 * mv^2, where m is the mass of the object, and v is the velocity. Potential energy for conservative forces is the product of the force and the distance over which it can do work. Thus in the case of GPE, it is the weight multiplied by the height, as gravity is a conservative force. What is the weight? It's not equal to the mass.

Hopefully these hints will get you thinking.

An ion can be removed from an aqueous solution by 1. the formation of a gas that escapes. 2. formation of a precipitate. 3. the
Lena [83]
The correct option is ALL OF THESE.
Generally, three processes can lead to the removal of ions from solutions, these include;
1. The formation of an insoluble product, which is called precipitate.
2. The formation of either a non electrolyte or a weak electrolyte and
3. The formation of a gas product, which escapes from the solution.
