Nigel is feeling stressed about mid-term exams that are next week. All his friends have advice to help him deal with his stress.

Whose advice should Nigel take?
1. Roger tells him to breathe faster while he’s studying to get more oxygen to his brain.
2. Sarah tells him to eat nutritious food and get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
3. Manny tells him to spend all his free time studying rather than resting or exercising.
4. Lara tells him to accept his stress. These exams are hugely important and may affect his ability to pass to the next grade.

It’s 2. Because you can’t focus and study without getting 8+ hours of sleep and eating nutritious foods. Sleep and food helps the body and brain. It’s what helps us to focus. You also can’t retain information as well when your tired and not focused.

Hope this helps :)

Hazing is not violence because all parties involved are voluntary. Please select the best answer from the choices provided. T F
tangare [24]
False, hazing can turn in to violence. Even if all parties involved are taking part in it voluntarily it still can turn violent and the violent act of hazing may not have been disclosed or what the other party was signed up for. Sometimes some parties that partake in hazing do not haze violently but others decide to do things that are or turn violent. Hazing is not always a violent act but definitely can lead to violence being committed.

Troyanec [42]

Answer:

contextual cues about depth

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it seems that the participants' brains are using contextual cues about depth to guide the perception. This can be said because the brain is subconsciously measuring both lines in relationship towards each other as well as various objects around the lines at different depths, which would lead to inaccurate measurements as opposed to comparing the lines together at the same depth perception.
