Answer:

A. 33,498

B. 19831

C. 32892

Step-by-step explanation:

D. 25384

I solved this by multiplying 4 by each number. for example: 4 times 6 equals 24. I put the ones place down, and the tens place on top of the number beside it which is 4. Then when I moved on to 4, I multiplied 4 by 4 that equals 16, but then adding the 2 from the last number. Making it 16 + 2 = 18, then I repeat these steps until the last number, if the last number is a double digit, drop both numbers down since there are no more numbers for 4 to multiply against. Now I've finished the problem.

Neporo4naja [7]
When comparing decimals, start in the tenths place. The decimal with the biggest value there is greater. If they are the same, move to the hundredths place and compare these values. If the values are still the same keep moving to the right until you find one that is greater or until you find that they are equal.

Answer question below.
12345 [234]

The speed of the Elvira is 6.545 miles per hour. Then the speed of the Altheia will be 0.545 miles per hour.

What is speed?

The distance covered by the particle or the body in an hour is called speed. It is a scalar quantity. It is the ratio of distance to time.

We know that the speed formula

Speed = Distance/Time

Let the speed of the Elvira be x. Then the speed of the Altheia will be (x - 6).

Let the distance between the coffee shop and Elvira's house be d.

Then the distance between the coffee shop and Altheia's house will be (3.6 - d).

Then we have

x = d / 0.5 ...1

(x - 6) = (3.6 - d) / 0.6 ...2

In solving the equations 1 and 2, we have

x = 6.545 and d = 3.2725 miles

Then the speed of the Elvira is 6.545 miles per hour. Then the speed of the Altheia will be 0.545 miles per hour.

More about the speed link is given below.
