I think it’s Tu vas à Paris if you mean you’re going to Paris. Tu vas en Paris will not make sense because it means you go to Paris. And va does not go with Tu

Salut stéphane! apparemment tu viens étudier à notre école pour un an c’est génial! ici le climat est assez bon parfois il pleut mais ça va car les autres jours il fait bon. En hiver il neige un peu donc parfois on fait des boules de neiges et on s’amuse dehors! en printemps il fait tellement bon qu’on va marcher avec nos amis ça fait du bien et c’est très sympa. L’été il fait chaud donc on va à la plage et on fait des châteaux ensemble c’est trop drôle à faire et on s’amuse tous ça fait une bonne activité pour les jours très chaude ici en été! moi je n’aime pas l’automne ici parce que il pleut un jour et l’autre y’a du vent tu peux pas faire grand-chose puisque il fait froid mais aussi il peut faire chaud du coup j’adore pas l’automne ici.
