Answer:

-5:-27, -2:-12, 1:3, 2:8, 3:13

Step-by-step explanation:

Let g(x) be y so it go simple because i find g(x) so complicated and make me lost

so the equation is y=5x-2 {g(x)=5x-2}

you just need to replace each time the number x with number to get the y or g(x)

for example 1st one:

g(x)=5*(-5)-2 the first number so g(x)=-27 and so on...

just do the same with the other x values to get g(x) values

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

5(-5)-2=-27

5(-2)-2= -12

5(1)-2=3

5(2)-2=8

5(3)-2=13

x     g(x)

-5   -27

-2    -12

1        3

2      8

3      13

Log, 2 + log 7(x – 5) = 2
kipiarov [429]

Answer:

85/7

Step-by-step explanation:

log2 + log7(x-5) = 2

log(14(x-5)) = 2

14x - 70 = 10²

14x = 170

x = 170/14

x = 85/7 or 12 1/7

Algebra II

Distance Formula: \displaystyle d = \sqrt{(x_2 - x_1)^2 + (y_2 - y_1)^2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Define

Identify.

Point (-7, 1)

Point (-7, -5)

Step 2: Find distance d

Simply plug in the 2 coordinates into the distance formula to find distance d.

  1. Substitute in points [Distance Formula]:                                                     \displaystyle d = \sqrt{(-7 - -7)^2 + (-5 - 1)^2}
  2. [Order of Operations] Evaluate:                                                                  \displaystyle d = 6
