Frustration turns to aggression when individual is feels they are being stopped from achieving their goal. They become aggressive because of the excitement and Joy they would derive from achieving the goal, it is an expectation cut short and frustration becomes aggression when they are held back.

When frustration is not expected aggression occurs faster.

Frustration can be suppressed through deliberate actions

Thinking of the consequence of aggression and violence can help suppress it as loved ones can be lost into such act.

Frustration can be eased by putting ones energy into something that can divert ones attention example is sport
