I would actually say D.

With the industrial revolution, the amount of crops being produced actually wasn’t having too much work being put into producing those said crops. So it would actually encourage more people to become farmers because less work for more money is definitely something that most people would want to go for.

This is of course impossible to tell, but most agree that if the Articles of Confederation hadn't been replaced by the more powerful Constitution, the federal government wouldn't have had the power to tax the states and therefore wouldn't have been able to re-pay its war debt--causing the new nation to crumble.
