Explanation:

Veronica has been issued drugs by carious doctors after she complained of chronic headache. But after several administration from the doctors she wasn't getting better. Dr Rishi began evaluating her by asking questions about her environment, then he realized that the roaches, water leakages and mold in her home was the cause

His approach makes the pain medication effective and permanently fixes the health issue.

His approach is the best and recommended, sometimes it's not about just the health of the individual, there some surrounding questions that should be asked which will guide proper medication.
