Answer:

The types of damages that would be needed in order for them to be equally happy as they were before the garage fiasco are:

a) Compensatory damages

b) Consequential damages

Explanation:

a) Compensatory Damages are claims paid to directly to compensate the non-breaching party for the value of what was damaged, not done, or performed.  For this purpose, compensatory damages will be equal to the cost of getting the garages fixed.

b) Consequential Damages address the costs incurred by the non-breaching party as a result of damages done to other facilities.  Example, the sliding off of the garage could have led to flood water damaging some other property, which were not the direct subject of the claim.

What should you do when citing material that is protected by copyright?
bixtya [17]

Answer:

C. In some cases (most commonly where images are involved), it's not enough to acknowledge someone else's work; you must also pay the copyright owner if you wish to use the work.

Explanation:

"Remember, you’re not outright buying an image from a stock agency, but are paying for certain uses of it. Read the specific terms and conditions (to which you have agreed). For example, you may be able to post the image on your blog but require additional permission to use it on the cover of your e-book."

George’s PTIN has been revoked as a disciplinary measure. Which of these can’t he do?
Alla [95]

Answer:

Option A (Prepare taxes for compensation) is the correct choice.

Explanation:

In the above question, options are not given. Please find the attachment of the full question.

  • A PTIN (preparer tax identification number) would be an inland revenue department Service identifier that was introduced in 1999 requiring all compensated federal income tax returns appraisers to registered with either the legislative branch as well as to receive a special code from 2010.
  • Here because the tax identifying number or code of George's Preparer has indeed been withdrawn and so he can't take responsibility for taxation for reimbursement.

The remaining three options do not apply to a particular instance. So option A seems to be the right one.
