- First  we know that each book is 2/9 inch thick
- The total  length of the box is 18 inches
- And we can fill the box with x Amounts of 2/9 inch books as long as the total  length DO NOT SURPASS 18 inches

So, the expression would be

2/9 x \leq 18

In which x is the total number of books

2/9 x = 18; If the total amount of space is 18 inches, and each book is 2/9ths of an inch thick, you have to use x to figure out the missing value of how many books will fit

Answer:

Solution given:

1:

-1/8=\frac{-1³}{2³}=(\frac{-1³}{2³}=-1³*2^{-3}=-2^{-3}

2. -64/27

=\frac{-4^{3}}{3³}=\frac{-4³}{3³}=(\frac{-4}{3})^{3}

Express in rational number

1. (-3/2)=-3/2*2/2=-(3*2)*(2/2)=-6/4

2. (1/5)=1/5*5/5=<u>5/25</u>

and

(-4/3)³(2/5)-⁴ ÷ (7/4)

(-4³/3³)(2-⁴/5-⁴)÷7/4

(-64/27)(5⁴/2⁴)÷7/4

(-64/27)(625/16)÷7/4

(-64*625/(27*16))*4/7

-2500/27*4/7

-10000/169

(-100/13)²
