The answer is ground water
Explanation: first of all, it is in the name. Ground water is water that is found in the ground. Another idea to find the answer would be to do process of elimination.
A glacier is a moving mass or river of ice that is mainly found in Antarctica and Greenland. Polar ice caps are regions that are covered in ice. A river is a natural flowing source of water that flows towards an ocean, sea, lake or another river. Ground water is water located beneath the Earth’s surface and can be found in cracks and rock formations. By doing process of elimination, you can easily cross out the possibility that the answer is glaciers or polar ice caps because they both have something to do with ice. This leaves you with rivers and ground water. You can eliminate rivers because rivers can’t fit into cracks and spaces in the soil. This leaves you with your answer of ground water.

a dna molecule that is 1000 base pairs in length would go in the gel than a molecule that is 200 base pairs in length. question
sp2606 [1]

A DNA molecule with 1000 base pairs would further in the gel more than one with 200 base pairs.

The speed at which the molecules move through the pores in the gel is inversely proportional to their lengths. This indicates that a smaller DNA molecule will move through the gel further than a larger DNA molecule.

Gel electrophoresis is a method that researchers use to measure the size of DNA fragments. In this procedure, tiny holes called wells are positioned at the edge of a gel along with unknown samples and a DNA standard. The standard includes base pair-measuring fragments of known sizes.

DNA has 200 bases, so 2003420=340A.

A DNA segment that is 1700 base pairs long therefore contains 500 base pairs or 1000 nucleotides.

How have freshwater and salt water fish adapted to deal with osmosis in their respective environments?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

Salt water fish are perfectly adapted to their salty environment and need osmosis to live. The replacement fluid taken on to replace the lost water is desalinated by a process known as diffusion. Diffusion allows fish to live in a state of constant osmosis
