#First u find the gradient first, remember that the formula of equation of the line is y=mx + c

y = 3x - 3

so the gradient (m) is 3

#Now u find the equation of the line

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 4 = 3(x - 6)

y - 4 = 3x - 18

y = 3x - 18 + 4

y = 3x - 14

<h2>Answer : y = 3x - 14</h2>

Let f(x)=3x and g(x)=x^2+5. Perform function operation g(x)/f(x). State the domain.
tangare [24]
We have that

<span>f(x)=3x
g(x)=x</span>²<span>+5
</span>g(x)/f(x)=[x²+5]/[3x]

<span>that new function will exist for all real numbers except the value of zero, value for which it becomes indefinite
</span>
the domain is the interval (-∞,0) U (0,∞)

Evaluate the following double integral: xy dA D where the region D is the triangular region whose vertices are (0, 0), (0, 3), (
natulia [17]

Answer:

I= 84

Step-by-step explanation:

for

I=\int\limits^{}_{} \int\limits^{}_D {x*y}  \, dA =  \int\limits^{}_{} \int\limits^{}_D {x*y}  \, dx*dy

since D is the rectangle such that 0<x<3 , 0<y<3

I=\int\limits^{}_{} \int\limits^{}_D {x*y}  \, dA =  \int\limits^{3}_{0} \int\limits^{3}_{0} {x*y}  \, dx*dy =  \int\limits^{3}_{0} {x}  \, dx\int\limits^{3}_{0} {y}  \, dy  = x^{2} /2*y^{2} /2 =  (3^{2} /2 - 0^{2} /2)* (3^{2} /2 - 0^{2} /2) = 3^{4} /4 = 81/4
