Answer:

A.  26.10 cm

B. 118.95 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

ST = 41^2 - 40^2 =  c^2  = hypotenuse

ST = 1681 - 1600 = c^2

ST = c^2 = sq rt 681 =26.0959767014 = 26.1cm

Nearest 100th = 26.10

Length = 26.10 cm to nearest 100th

Perimeter of RSU we find (M) of SU first then add that to the other 3 lengths on the exterior of the triangle.

SU = 10^2 + 26.1^2 = c^2 = hypotenuse

SU = 100 + 681.21 = c^2

SU = c^2 = sqrt 781.21 = 27.9501341678 = 27.95cm

P TOTAL RSU  = SU + TR + RS + TU

= 27.95 + 40+ 41 + 10 = 118.95cm

Answer:

If you divide the amount $60.20 (60.20) by 5 (amount of hours), you can find out the amount of money Andrew gets paid in dollars per hour. The quotient is 12.04, $12.04. Therefore, Andrew is payed $12.04 per hour.

You could roll a 6-sided die 3 times to simulate this.  This is a good simulation because it has one side for each possible tool, and each roll is independent, just as selecting the tool with replacement would be.

Marco earns $36.50 per hour show that the relationship between the amount he earns and the number of hours he works is proportio
Korolek [52]

To establish this equation we first need to assign some variables.

Let us assign x as the number of hours he has worked

and assign y as the total amount of money that he has earned

Therefore the equation y=36.50x is the equation that correctly represents how much money he makes regardless of how many hours he works.  Just plug in how many hours you want for x and then solve the equation and you will get how much money he makes in x amount of hours.  This is also proportional because for every hour that he works he gets the same salary of 36.50.  It is proportional because no matter how many hours he works the salary will go up the same amount for each extra hour he works.  The proportion is 36.50 dollars per hour worked.
