Yes because spending too much time on your phone, laptop, playstation, xbox, etc, can lead to huge amounts of laziness. which can lead to constantly wanting to lay around, or sit around, all day long and not do anything at all besides watch a show or play video games. and if youre on social media too much, a lot of negative energy comes from there and can lead you into an unhealthy mental state.
