Robert says 12 divide by 3//4 = 9. He used the following steps: 12/1 × 3/4 = 36/4 What error did Robert make? A. Robert used sub
traction rather than multiplication. B. Robert used addition rather than multiplication. C. Robert forgot to find the reciprocal of before multiplying. D. Robert forgot to find the reciprocal of before multiplying.
Um, I got what Robert got, so by process of elimination, it must be C or D. I used multiplication, so it wasn't subtraction or addition. Meaning whatever a reciprocal is, I didn't do that.
